As started on our ticket page, due to the theater's limited seating capacity, tickets are non-refundable.
With only 46-seats, each seat is very important to our show and last minute empty seats hurt our performances and take away from the overall experience. We also book acts based on existing ticket sales.
RESCHEDULES: We will allow those who purchase tickets to reschedule who have an emergency issue (illness, family issue, etc.) as long as Holy City Magic is contacted NO LATER THAN 24-hours prior to the show. Those with a positive COVID-19 test, may have their tickets rescheduled, with notification up to the start of the show.
We will not reschedule guests who contact us after their scheduled performance.

Holy City Magic has an extensive cleaning regiment following each show. We are encouraging those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask.
